Aims:

• Studying cultural institutions in Germany and abroad; understanding their organizational structure and development, their distributions of responsibilities and their decision-making processes (committee work,  individual decisions, cooperative models, etc.)
• Familiarizing oneself with, and carrying out, the stages of a project, from conceptualization to realization and assessment
• Assessing important technical requirements, including an awareness of risks, especially security
• Mastering the most-common management theories and their application in good decision-making
